Application:

ZYD-I-70 Double Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Regeneration Plant is designed for purifying used or aged transformer oil, switchgear oil,tap changer oil，mineral dielectric oil, cable oil,FR3 vegetable insulating oil,and so on. It is also used for purifying insulation oil in all kinds of large power equipments,which are above 110KV, and 500 meters altitude

The system can remove the free water, soluble water, gas, acid, PCB,free carbon (polarity material) ,big and small size particules, especially for dehydration, degassing, purification process of various kind of insulation oils, increasing the pressure force and quality of oil, improving the breakdown voltage value, making the transformers and electric device running safely.

HOPU's mobile regeneration system restores transformer oil by removing PCB ,acidity by chemical, sludge, soluble oil decay products and improves oil colour with Fuller's earth treatment technology.

When the treatment is completed, the regenerated oil meets or exceeds international standards for new oil with lower acidity and improved tan delta, interfacial tension, and oxidation stability. The cellulose insulation and internal components of the transformer also benefit from the flushing effect of multiple passes of hot regenerated oil, which helps remove decay products and sludge from internal surfaces. Besides the regular transformer oil purification, this machine can be also used as vacuum oil injecting and vacuum drying equipment for transformers, it is cost-effective, easy to operate.

Mobile (trailer) type is optional, completely closed structure, waterproof, dustproof, it can move long distance working in field. According to fieldwork requirement, it can be easy to move to any work point by traction. It is special suitable for purifying the transformer oil which is located in different fields.

8) Fully automatic temperature controlling system and multi-stages electric oil heater adopts low-load design to ensure uniform heating oil, the load is less than 1.0W/cm2, oil level and temperature protection of heater, which avoid cracking and aging of oil.

9) Automatic defoaming system with dual electronic monitoring system, which avoid the foam ejecting and gushing to vacuum pump.

10) Advanced cooling system of vacuum pump, it reduces the frequency of oil’s replacement and extends the life of vacuum pump.

11) Advanced float or infrared level automatic control system, interlocking control for pressure protection and power heating system ensures the long-term safe and reliable operation of the equipment.

12) Online oil treatment, vacuum drying and vacuum oil-filling for electric equipments.

13) Being able to remove water and gas fast and effectively under high vacuum and high speed operation status,drying the insulating oil very well, improve the breakdown voltage up to 75 KV quickly. Have a big improvement on the one time purification result,reduce the dangerous of oil aging caused by repeat heating on the ordinary oil purifier.
