HOPU Transformer Dry Air Generator is mainly used to quickly and effectively provide dry and clean air for transformers maintenance and other industrial usage. It uses an air compression system, refrigerated air drying system, adsorption drying system, air purification system and PLC control system.
Purpose
The dry air generator is suitable for providing low dew point dry air during the installation or maintenance of equipment such as transformers and reactors. The dry air it provides can ensure that the internal insulation materials of power equipment are not affected by moisture, and workers will not suffocate due to lack of oxygen when working inside the equipment. Compared to using nitrogen, dry air is safer, more reliable, economical, and convenient. When using a dry air generator for equipment maintenance, it is not affected by changes in external climate conditions; Especially for overnight operations, simply seal all flanges and fill dry air to 0.02 MPa to 0.03 MPa. The lower the dew point of the air, the lower the moisture content in the air, and the drier the gas equipment. When the atmospheric dew point is 20 ℃, the moisture content in the air is 17.8g/M ³; When the atmospheric dew point is -70 ℃, the moisture content in the air is 0.005g/M ³.1.2

Product Features
1. Modular design. The HOPU AG series dry air generator adopts a modular design, integrating internationally leading air drying technologies such as compression, freezing, and adsorption. It has good effectiveness and is easy to use and maintain.
2. Unique "one click control" technology. The HOPU AG series dry air generator adopts a PLC intelligent controller, which can start or stop the equipment by simply pressing the "start/stop" button. The equipment runs fully automatically, minimizing manual operation errors to the greatest extent possible.
3. Low dew point of finished gas. The core indicator for measuring a dry air generator is the dew point of the air supply. The lower the dew point, the drier the air. Low dew point dry air will adsorb moisture inside the transformer to improve insulation performance. The HOPU AG series dry air generator integrates compression drying, freeze-drying, and adsorption drying, and adopts a multi-stage filtration system. Regardless of the moisture content in the air, the dew point of the finished gas will rapidly decrease to below -70 ℃.
4. Quickly provide dry air. Adopting our company's core patent - super fast drying technology, the equipment can provide qualified dry air within 10 minutes of use every other day; Provide qualified dry air within 30 minutes after prolonged storage of the equipment.
5. The temperature of the dry air can be adjusted (this function requires an optional heater). The normal exhaust temperature of the equipment is 25 ± 5 ℃. After installing a PID temperature regulator, the air temperature can be adjusted freely within 20-60 ℃, and the temperature will not exceed the set value ± 2 ℃.

6. The gas supply pressure can be adjusted. The gas supply pressure standard is atmospheric pressure, and customers can adjust the usage pressure according to their needs. The equipment's gas supply port is equipped with a pressure sensor and solenoid valve. When the pressure exceeds the set value, the equipment stops supplying gas.
7. Efficient filtration system. Adopting the "gradient" filtration technology, the highest filtration accuracy is 0.01 µ m, and the solid particle retention rate is as high as 99.99%. The filtering accuracy of the first stage filter is 1 µ m, the filtering accuracy of the second stage filter is 0.1 µ m, and the filtering accuracy of the third stage filter is 0.01 µ m.
8. Non thermal regeneration of adsorbent. The adsorbent of the AG series dry air generator adopts a fully automatic regeneration method without thermal pressure difference, which completely eliminates the need for manual baking of the adsorbent.
9. Low regeneration gas consumption. Using HOPU patented drying technology, the regeneration gas consumption is less than 5%. The traditional regeneration method consumes more than 14% of air for regeneration, which is more environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
10. Fully automatic drainage system. The water intercepted by the compression system, refrigeration system, and filtration system will be discharged into the water collection pool through an automatic drain, without the need for manual drainage.

11. A comprehensive protection system. The AG series dry air generator has protection functions such as power section phase mismatch, high voltage, low voltage, motor overload, high pressure, and low pressure.
